Quote calculator privacy notice
This notice explains what happens to the details you enter in the EVOLVE Advice quote calculator. Our full Privacy and Cookies Policy also applies.
What we collect
Your name, email address, organisation name, school postcode (schools only), how you heard about us, the service and options you chose, your pupil or school numbers, and your estimated start date.
What we do with it
We show you your quote, email you a copy, and notify our team. We save your details in our customer records system (ActiveCampaign) as an enquiry so a member of our team can follow it up. We only use your details to contact you about your enquiry unless you opt into receiving other information from us. We do not add you to any marketing list from this calculator.
If you press Accept, we add a note and a follow-up task to your enquiry and tell our team.
Proposals and signed agreements
We keep a copy of your enquiry in our quote system so our team can prepare a proposal for you. If you accept a proposal online we record that, with the time. If you sign an agreement we record your typed name, the date you entered, your drawn signature if you add one, the time, your IP address and browser details, and a fingerprint of the agreement text, so we can show who signed what and when. A signed copy is emailed to you and to our team.
We keep enquiry and agreement records for as long as we need them to run our service and meet legal and accounting duties. You can ask us to delete an enquiry that did not become an agreement.
Who processes your data
- Cloudflare, which runs the calculator and holds our quote database.
- ActiveCampaign, which holds our customer and enquiry records.
- Resend, which sends the emails.
The public calculator, proposal and signing pages do not use cookies or tracking. Our staff admin uses one secure sign in cookie for staff only.
Security
Prices are calculated on our server, so they cannot be changed from your browser. Traffic is encrypted. The calculator is limited to the EVOLVE Advice website for embedding, and unusually frequent requests are slowed down.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details by emailing info@evolveadvice.co.uk.
